Minister Mopidevi has sent his resignation to Governor in the eve of his aarrest today. He was arrrets today with FIR registered under section 120b, IPC sections 477,409, 420. He was taken to NIMs for medical tests. Modevi native district shocked . Mopidevi Venkata Ramana Babu who represents to REPALLE (Guntur) is under shock with this sudden development.
